Finally, they're open!  I have been waiting for what seems like forever!  Owner says 2 years in the making.  I had discovered them by visiting their Energy Cooridor location.  I fell in love with the pizza, the crust is absolutely delicious!  It reminds me of that amazing pizza joint, with over 2000 reviews with 4.5 stars, in Georgia called Antico, mm.  What I love about the crust is its texture, its chewiness.  You know, I love me some good bread and I never pass up bread.  I think I might be a bread connoisseur!  It's my favorite part of a thin crust pizza.  But, I find most pizza places don't quite have the right texture.  Sometimes it's just thin and it's good, but it doesn't have that chewy texture.  Anyways, enough about the crust, we ordered the potato mushroom which was good and also the Calabrese, at the suggestion of the cashier.  But I really didn't like the pepperoni on the Calabrese, it was too gamey tasting.  Also, this location has a better atmosphere than the one out west.

On another note, I referred a client of mine who is and loves Italian cuisine and she did not like it.  She said the crust was under cooked and soggy.  So, today I'm going again and this time, I'll try something else!
